For 20 years, as the manufacturer of premium wood shutters and the originator of vinyl shutter products, we dedicated ourselves to providing our retail customers with only the highest quality products and service. MasterCraft Shutters extends this same commitment to excellence to our wholesale customers as is evident in all aspects of our production processes.
In manufacturing, we use classic cope & stick joinery, a tried-and-true engineering technique that provides a sturdy “locked” joint between the stiles and rails of our shutters. We then add dowels, further reinforcing the strength of that joint. The results? Shutters that are built to last.
In finishing our wooden shutters, we use only the highest-quality paints and stains. Our customers can choose from our standard palette that includes some of the most popular Sherwin-Williams paint colors or ten stain selections. We also offer a custom paint-matching service that assures the perfect match to almost any color. These finishes are then applied in a painstaking process that includes four coats of finish, with hand-sanding between each coat – only the best for our customers.
In custom shutter applications, our Specialties Department is second to none. Arches, cutouts for French Doors, sunburst, ovals, custom shapes and more – if you can imagine it, we can build it, finish it and install it.

- Louvers: For shutters, shutter standards apply; for Sunbursts, 3 1/2" Flat Stock used
- Width/Diameter: 24" – 108"
- Length/Radius: 12" – 54"
- Template required on items other than True Radius
- Support rods used on Ovals and on Sunbursts with radius over 18"
